I am increasingly frustrated with my cheap Apple products. However, I needed to get my phone screen repaired, so I went into my local Apple store. The store was busy, as usual, so I had about a 10 minute wait, which was fine. The man I dealt with was kind and helpful, and he sent my phone in to be repaired. However, since I am under 18, I needed a parent to accompany me to pick up the phone when it was ready. My parents had plans, and I was fine picking it up tomorrow morning, but they graciously agreed to go with me to get the phone. My father had somewhere to be, and we knew it would be tight, but we did not think this would be impossible. We got to the store around 7:30, and it was nearly empty. There was more than enough staff to go around. However, after we checked in, nobody came out with my phone. After a 10+ minute wait, my father had to be somewhere and we left, without my phone. Huge waste of time. Next time I will be getting my phone repaired at Staples.
PS: They aren’t pushy either.
I may be exaggerating when I say this but I’ve never received service like this before. Immediate help, straight to the point, hassle free courteous help. A young lad by the name of Darnee helped me and she was amazing. School proved difficult that day and diminished my mood. I left with the product I needed as well as a smile.
This is a smaller Apple Store Genius Bar appointments are limited. Parking is difficult in this area and the traffic is usually abominable. Even though it's a longer ride Christiana Mall has a better option plus because of its location in Delaware there is no tax.
My had a cancelled online order with Apple (AT&T’s next phone plan), the cancelled order stopped me from reordering a new phone. The problem is on AT&T’s end cause the order was still in pending status at AT&T. After 2 hours customer service and 2 hours store visit at AT&T, they could not figure out what went wrong. So i went to the Apple store nearby asking for help. Although the problem is AT&T’s, the stuff at the Apple store tried their best to help me. I can feel that they care about customer’s issues and trying their best to help. If you are planning to finance your new phone, go for apple’s upgrade plan!
Love this place, the people are friendly always helpful and informative BUT it is the hungry company Apple after all. My first visit I brought up an iPhone they said was never going to cut back on and had to buy a new one but it did a few hours later go figure. 2nd visit they fixed my 7 screen so there’re pretty good
