I have been a member for 7 years and love Snap. Great 24/7 access, equipment/machine selection & availability and cleanliness of the facilities suits me well. Big busy gyms aren’t my preference. Snap is perfect! I’m very satisfied with my membership!
After all my troubles they offered to refund me my $20 overcharge, only to never refund me and tell me weeks later they actually couldnt refund it, but they could offer me 1 free month at the gym. Accepted the 1 month free membership offer a week or two after it was offered, only to be ignored. Pick a different gym, go to LA Fitness, go elsewhere. These people are not nice.

Don't go here, bad customer service. They don't care about the customers, only about the money. Overcharged me for my membership, wouldnt allow me to cancel my subscription without paying for 1 more month when I was only a few days past the deadline to cancel without 1 more month. (Yes, they had every right to do this, on paper, but come on.... I'm a broke college student, they are not sympathetic)
It's always open, it's always clean and the equipment is always in good working order.
